We are seeking a seasoned sales leader with 7+ years of SaaS and/or payments inside sales experience to drive transformational growth at Lavu, the #1 global cloud-based POS, payments, payroll, and banking solution for high-volume local restaurants.
This is an in-office role based in Tampa, FL, where you’ll work closely with a dynamic team to lead and grow a high-performing Inside Sales organization. As a high-growth SaaS and payments company, we’re scaling rapidly and need a leader who can manage, optimize, and grow our team while delivering results.

What You’ll Get to Do
Sales Leadership and Team Development
- Recruit, Train, and Scale: Build a world-class sales team in the U.S. and internationally, equipping them to exceed targets.
- Personalized Outreach: Create highly tailored email, phone, and text outreach strategies, addressing specific customer pain points, industry trends, and Lavu’s unique value proposition.
- Team Engagement: Mentor SDRs and Account Executives, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
Sales Process and Pipeline Management
- Optimize Sales Pipelines: Oversee pipeline management, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups. Monitor and report on key metrics, including lead generation, demo conversion rates, and closed deals.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use sales KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and continuously improve strategies.
- Product Demos: Partner with the team to deliver compelling demos that showcase Lavu’s ROI for SMB customers and move prospects toward closing.
Market Research and Strategic Insights
- Stay Informed: Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitive threats, and SMB customer needs.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, providing insights from the field to refine messaging, enhance the product, and improve the overall sales process.
Performance Optimization and Reporting
- Track Success: Regularly analyze and report on KPIs such as meetings set, demos delivered, and deals closed.
- Iterate for Growth: Leverage data insights to optimize outreach strategies, pipeline performance, and team effectiveness.
To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Need
- 7+ years of SaaS and/or payments inside sales experience, with a strong focus on SMB markets.
- 3-5 years of sales leadership experience, managing and scaling teams of 10+ sales reps.
- A deep understanding of SMB restaurant owners, their pain points, and the challenges they face daily.
- Proven ability to recruit and lead sales teams across the U.S. and internationally.
- Expertise in creating and executing personalized outreach strategies tailored to customer pain points and industry trends.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or similar platforms for sales operations and pipeline management.
- A track record of delivering growth in transactional sales with an enterprise mindset for customer retention.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills, fostering team development and collaboration.
